I do NOT want to study for my Audiology exam tomorrow morning.. I do NOT want tomorrow to even exist. I want it to be Friday so I can road trip to Pittsburgh all by myself and wait for my man to meet me there. I want to lay in bed, read a book, and have him next to me. I want to kiss him all night.

So, I get home from work today and what’s in my mailbox? A small package addressed to me. In that package is a tiny gold box. And in that box?! A beautiful, delicate ring. A ring I’ve been fawning over for months now. A ring I didn’t even think my boyfriend knew existed. However, I was wrong because that ring is now mine.
Tomorrow marks our 4 year anniversary. You wouldn’t believe how much we’ve been through in 4 years. And you wouldn’t believe how much I care for him and miss him and love him. He’s everything.

Okay, call me a loser, but I am getting so excited. Pat’s going to show up on Monday and spend the week with me. The last time we spent this much time with each other, day and night, was last summer. And it was lovely.
I told him we’re going on a date. We’ve been together for almost 4 years now and I can count the number of actual dates we’ve been on with one hand. So, we’re going to see the new Pirates film (probably) and then go out to dinner in downtown Kalamazoo. I’m going to wear a dress and look very pretty. I just want to look pretty for him.
